very random

Thought this might be a good place to store my thoughts and memories as i am shocking at losing things, and seeing as this cant be lost amognst the "important paperwork"shoved in my drawer aka filing system, this would be a fine idea...

''Focusing on the beautiful positive'' probably one of my favorite sayings, was spoken by Pascall, Outrageous Fortune 2009
Like her, i tend to focus on the positives of life instead of focusing on the ugliness and negativity that seems to be all around us these days.

I dont watch the news as it is never really about ''happy things', only war, politics and gruesome murders, which i can do nothing about and have no control over and it just makes ya sad and scared...sure it will make you INFORMED, but isnt ignorance bliss?
Some may call me niave and a dreamer but i think i seriously have a good thing going on.

Naive, i really dislike this word as it has been a word i have grown up with and still i continue to be called it, whether by my parents friends or collegues....What's with it??
so i decided to google it using the free online dictionary, results being:
na·ive or na·ïve (n-v, nä-) also na·if or na·ïf (n-f, nä-)
1. Lacking worldly experience and understanding, especially:
a. Simple and guileless; artless: a child with a naive charm.
b. Unsuspecting or credulous: "Students, often bright but naive, betand losesubstantial sums of money on sporting events" (Tim Layden).
2. Showing or characterized by a lack of sophistication and critical judgment: "this extravagance of metaphors, with its naive bombast" (H.L. Mencken).
a. Not previously subjected to experiments: testing naive mice.
b. Not having previously taken or received a particular drug: persons naive to marijuana.
One who is artless, credulous, or uncritical.

If i am to be completly honest, i dont think that any of these descriptions are me at all....
ha maybe 3b.... :P

Sure i may have loaned some money to a ''friend'' who was in need, without fully understanding why he needed it, but hey, it was just sitting there not getting used and i like to help....
I was not being
naive, i knew there was a chance i wouldnt get it back for awhile and that it may have been used in a ''shit, if i dont get this money im going to jail'' kinda way... I mean what would you do?
Just let them go to jail or get beaten up?

I prefer to see the good in people and talk and act like i trust them........ but dont worry secretly inside i know..... i know that not everyone is lovely and kind and trustworthy and im ready to pounce if everything turns to shit... (dont worry mum and dad)
Enough of that, i get bored writing about the same thing..

I'm in a field, no, a meadow, green lushious grass surrounds me, wild flowers grow freely and the sun is shining and the air is warm...
I run with open arms, the soft breeze behind me, makes me feel like im flying..
it smells like summer, a kind of sweet earthy smell, hard to describe but even harder to forget....
I fall on the ground, not awww ouch fall, but more like a graceful decline....if thats at all possible, hmm (last time i feel to the ground, a big oaf had just cheap shotted me.... last time i help out a m8, hmm second thought, totally worth it, i mean the broken eye socket finally healed and that broken off tooth did get replaced, and i finally got to back a friend up........ back to the graceful decline....
I stare up at the sky, birds are chasing eachother, maybe playing tag and chirping each time the other one has just about caught up, you can feel their energy, their playfulness and i smile... the simple things, the things that make us grateful to be alive......
The beautiful positive.....

Its all around us, we dont even need to look for them, we are soo used to focusing on the negative things that we become blind to all the wonderful, beautiful, pure, natural things staring us right in the face... Nature
